Yes, you can place an order without registering as a member.
We do not accept orders by phone or fax.
If you register for a restock notification, you will be notified by email when the item is restocked. Please note that you will not receive an email if the item is not restocked. Also, the selling price of the item will be the selling price at the time of your order, not the price listed in the restock notification.
Once your order is complete, a confirmation email regarding your order will be sent to the email address you registered when placing your order. Customers who have registered as members can check the details of their order at any time from their My Page.
Your ordered items will be shipped via Japan Post.
Shipping costs are 880 yen nationwide per delivery.
*If your order total is 50,000 yen or more (including tax), shipping is free. However, if your order is to be delivered to two or more locations, delivered on different shipping dates, or delivered to two or more parcels, shipping fees will be charged for each.
*Small items such as wallets, bracelets, and key rings will be shipped via "Yu-Packet", so the shipping fee will be a flat rate of 350 yen nationwide per delivery.
After placing your order, it usually takes 2-3 days for it to be shipped.
*Please note that we do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays, holidays, or during the New Year holidays.
*Please note that we cannot be held responsible for delivery delays caused by weather, traffic conditions, etc.
You can choose from three payment methods: credit card, bank transfer, and Amazon Pay.
① Credit card payment <br/>If you choose to pay by credit card, the payment will be completed when you enter your credit card information and press the "Order with the above details" button. Please check your credit card company's closing date and payment date for the withdrawal date.
② Bank transfer
For bank transfers, we will ship the product within 7 business days after confirming your payment. +If we do not receive your payment within 2 weeks after receiving your order, your order will be canceled. Please check the "Order Confirmation Email" for the transfer amount including shipping costs.

③ Amazon Pay Payment
Amazon Pay is a service that allows you to easily place orders using the credit card information and address registered to your Amazon.co.jp account. The closing date and payment date for Amazon Pay differ depending on the payment method. For details, please see the "Amazon Pay site."
*We will deliver to the address registered in your Amazon.co.jp account when you place your order. Please note that we cannot change the delivery address after your order has been placed.
We cannot accept changes or cancellations to your order for reasons related to your own circumstances after the ordering process has been completed.
