Your ordered items will be shipped via Japan Post.

Shipping costs are 880 yen per delivery.

* If the total order amount is 50,000 yen or more (including tax), shipping is free. However, if the order is to be delivered to two or more locations, delivered on different shipping dates, or delivered to two or more parcels, shipping fees will be charged for each.
*Small items such as wallets, bracelets, and key rings will be shipped via "Letter Pack", so the shipping fee will be 350 yen nationwide per delivery.

Payment period Please make your payment within 7 days after we send you a confirmation email. If you pay by credit card, the payment will be made at the time of purchase. The billing date will vary depending on the card company. *If we are unable to confirm your payment within 7 days, we will have to cancel your order.
Product delivery time If the item is in stock, it will usually be shipped within 3 days.
If the item is out of stock, we will handle it individually.
Returns and cancellations Once an order has been placed and confirmed by the customer, we will not allow any changes to the product, size, or shipping address, or cancellation of the order. Please be sure to check the confirmation screen before completing your order to avoid any mistakes.
We cannot accept any exchanges, cancellations, or returns due to customer reasons such as the product not matching the image after visual inspection or trying on. Please carefully consider the color and size before ordering.
*Please understand that this site deals with products made from natural leather, so there will be individual differences in each item. Also, depending on your PC environment, especially your monitor, there may be slight differences in color and reflection. In that case, differences in the image of color and texture are attributable to the customer, so please understand this before using the site.

Regarding defective products

Although we inspect every item thoroughly before shipping, if you find any defects, please contact us (please note that we may not be able to accept returns if you return the item before contacting us). If the item is defective or has a defect, we will cover all return shipping costs, so please send it cash on delivery.
However, please note that returns and exchanges are not possible in the following cases:


1. Products that have been received more than 8 days ago
2. If the product has already been used
3. Products where the delivery note, product tag, label, etc. enclosed with the shipment have been detached or lost
4. Products that are not eligible for return or exchange according to our company's regulations, such as pre-order items and sale items (excluding cases of initial defects or incorrect shipments).
