About member (my page) registration and usage
Membership registration for the Mackerel Grand Official Store is free and there are no joining fees or annual fees.
We offer a variety of benefits to our members.

② You can subscribe to our newsletter, which is packed with the latest information about our products.
③ You can check your order history at any time.

You can register as a member when ordering products.

*If you have forgotten the password you registered when registering as a member (My Page), please reissue it by clicking " Forgot your password? " on the login page.
How to order
① Add the product to your cart:
Check the product design, color, type of leather used, etc., and add it to your shopping cart.
② Confirm your order details:
Check the contents of your "Cart" and if there are no problems, click the "Proceed to Payment" button to proceed to the purchase process.
③ Enter your information:
Please enter the required information such as customer information, shipping address, and payment method.
If you have registered as a member, please check that the information you registered is reflected in your customer information.
Please confirm your order details, and if there are no problems, click the "Place Order" button to confirm your order.
④ Order completed:
Once your order has been processed, an automated email will be sent to your registered email address to notify you that your order has been received.
After completing your order, an automatic email with the subject "Confirming your order" will be sent to the email address you registered. This email is important regarding your order. Please check the contents and save it until the transaction is complete. If your order was not completed correctly or there is an error in your email address, you may not receive the automatic email. In that case, please contact us via the "Inquiry Form." Also, if you have set up domain-specific reception to prevent spam, you may not receive emails from us. We apologize for the inconvenience, but please set up domain-specific reception.
Customers who have registered as members can check the details of their orders at any time from the "Purchase History List" on "My Page."
When we contact you
As part of its efforts to prevent fraudulent card use, Mackerel Grand will contact customers by phone if it detects a transaction that may be fraudulent use by a third party.
If we are unable to confirm over the phone that the transaction is being made by you, we will cancel the transaction.
If you receive a cancellation email, please place a new order using a different payment method.
Flow of product delivery
① For customers paying by credit card or Amazon Pay, after confirming approval from your card company, we will begin preparing to ship your item.
② For customers using bank transfer: After confirming your payment, we will begin preparations for shipping the product.
③ Customers who have placed a color order If you have placed a color order, we will send you a separate email confirming the details of your order.
The estimated delivery time for your product is approximately two to three weeks after your order is confirmed.
Please note that for color-ordered products, orders cannot be cancelled after they have been placed.
*If we are busy with orders, it may take longer than usual to ship your order.
Shipping Fee
Your ordered items will be shipped via Japan Post.
Shipping costs are 880 yen per delivery.
* If the total order amount is 50,000 yen or more (including tax), shipping is free. However, if the order is to be delivered to two or more locations, delivered on different shipping dates, or delivered to two or more parcels, shipping fees will be charged for each.
*Small items such as wallets, bracelets, and key rings will be shipped via "Letter Pack", so the shipping fee will be 350 yen nationwide per delivery.

The following payment methods are available at Mackerel Grand Official Store.

Select a payment method in the shopping cart and pay the total amount including the displayed product price, consumption tax, shipping fee, and handling fee according to the payment method.
Credit card payment
Accepted brands are VISA, MasterCard, American Express and JCB.
We cannot accept credit cards in a name other than that of the person placing the order.
*Please note that the credit card company may contact you to verify your identity.
*Please note that for security reasons, the purchase receipt showing the total amount will not be included with the delivered product.
Please refer to the order confirmation email we send you and the accompanying receipt as your delivery note.
Bank transfer
Once your order is confirmed, please deposit the payment into Mackerel Grand's bank account.
We will ship your item within 7 business days after we confirm your payment.
If payment is not received within two weeks after we receive your order, your order will be cancelled.
Please check your order confirmation email for the total amount including shipping charges.

Amazon Pay
Amazon Pay is a service that allows you to make payments easily using the credit card information and address registered to your Amazon.co.jp account.
The cut-off date and payment date for Amazon Pay vary depending on your payment method.

*Delivery will be made to the address registered to your Amazon.co.jp account when you place your order.
Please note that we cannot change the delivery address after an order has been placed.
Cancellation of orders
If you wish to cancel your order after placing it, please contact us immediately after placing the order.
Please note that we cannot accept cancellations if the item has already been handed over to the delivery company.
Please note that for made-to-order products, we do not accept cancellations or changes to the design after an order has been placed.
Returns and Refunds
When you receive the product, please check that there are no defects and that it matches your order.
We take every precaution to ensure the quality of our products, but if there is an initial defect, the wrong product, or scratches or damage during delivery, please contact us and we will respond promptly.
*Mackerel Grand uses natural leather for all of its products.
Therefore, leather may have uneven grain or patterns (wrinkles or patterns), shades, and scars from when the animal was alive, and each piece of leather has its own unique texture.
Please understand that these individual differences are proof that the leather is genuine and also represent the individuality and character of the leather (please note that they do not constitute defects).
<Returns due to customer convenience>
If you contact us within 8 days of receiving the product, we will accept returns as long as the product is unused.
Please be sure to contact us in advance by email or phone.
*Returns cannot be accepted in the following cases: - If more than one week has passed since the product arrived without any circumstance - If there is no prior contact confirmation - If the product has been used (regardless of frequency or number of times, the product will no longer be eligible for return)
・If the product is dirty or damaged ・Sale items, made-to-order items, or pre-order items
Return deadline:
Please contact us within seven days of receiving the product.
*We will contact you later regarding the return method, etc.
Return Shipping Fee:
Please note that shipping costs will be borne by the customer. We cannot accept returns with shipping charges paid for.
Refund Policy:
The refund amount will be the product price only, excluding shipping costs. The refund method will vary depending on the payment method you used. After the product is returned and confirmed, we will process the return and refund within one to two weeks. Please note that it may take longer if the return falls on a long holiday such as a consecutive holiday or the New Year's holiday.
*If you paid by credit card, the refund will be made due to a change in the payment amount.
Example: Order for product price 10,000 yen + shipping fee 880 yen, totaling 10,880 yen, will be changed to payment of 880 yen. *If refund is made by bank transfer, transfer fees etc. will be deducted from the refund amount. *Shipping fees charged when shipping products from this site are not eligible for refund.

About product images
We try to display product images as close to the actual product as possible, however the colours may appear different from the actual colours depending on the screen settings and model of your computer or mobile phone.

Any unauthorized reproduction of images beyond the scope of personal use is prohibited.
Regarding sizes: The product sizes listed on this website are measured independently by Mackerel Grand.
